AutoPay and Adding Payment Methods

To update or add a new card for auto-pay, follow these simple steps by logging into your MyAccount.boom.us:

  1. Once logged in, you'll land on the main screen and see the following options at the top of the page.

  2. Navigate to "Payment profiles" where all your saved payment methods are listed.

  3. To remove a payment profile, simply click on the red trash can icon. To add a new card or bank account, click on the "Add Pay Method" button.

  4. Clicking this button allows you to choose between adding a Credit Card or Bank Account from the first drop-down menu.

  5. When adding a bank account, you'll see a screen where you need to fill out necessary information. Fields marked with a red * are mandatory.

    • MDN refers to your phone number, so ensure the correct number is selected from the drop-down menu.

    • Before saving the bank account, toggle on (Is Default) and (Is Active), then click the add button.

  6. If you're adding a Debit or Credit card, you'll see a similar screen with mandatory fields marked by a red *.

    • MDN again refers to your phone number, ensure the correct number is selected.

    • Before saving the card details, toggle on (Is Default) and (Is Active), then click the add button.

  7. Important Note: If you need to update a card due to a new expiration date, you'll have to remove the old card by clicking the "Trashcan" button, and then add the new card. Unfortunately, there isn't a direct update option.
