To change devices on any of our networks you will need to reach out to our customer service team. We will need your account information (account number or phone number), name, and the IMEI/MEID of your new phone.
The IMEI/MEID of your phone can generally be located in Settings under About or a similar category. It will be between 15 and 16 digits long and will only contain numbers.
Once you have this we can be reached via chat, email ( email@example.com ), or phone call (@ 888-869-1141).
