When you are ready to activate your phone and are getting a new phone number you will start by visiting our activation site. You should see this screen:
You will click the top circular button that says "Request Activation of your boom! Mobile service"
After you have clicked this button new options will appear:
After you enter your Customer Number or Activation code in the upper box and your email address (the email used on your initial order) you can click on "Continue to Request Activation" at the bottom to move to the next screen. If you do not have a SIM card or a customer number yet you will need to order a plan and SIM first from our website. If you purchased a SIM via Amazon or a re-seller you can go to this site instead. The final screen will be pre-populated with your address and other contact information (all based on the information given at the initial order process) but will look similar to this:
If the process was successful you can follow the on-screen instructions to complete your activation on the phone. If there was an issue you will need to contact us so that we can further assist. You can reach us via chat, email, or by calling us.
